Printing with the Environment in Mind

Weber Printing believes in treating the environment right. That’s why we’re FSC^® certified. The FSC, or Forest Stewardship Council^®, is an organization dedicated to maintaining forests and effecting responsible production in the printing industry. Weber Printing adheres to strict FSC standards to ensure that our paper products are as environmentally friendly as possible. And because we are an FSC certified printer, your FSC certified project can include the FSC logo. This logo identifies your company to consumers as being committed to environmentally responsible practices.

California has the strictest standards in the country for the proper handling and disposal of volatile organic compound chemicals, or VOC. Many printing companies use chemicals that can seriously harm the environment. Weber Printing uses natural vegetable based inks in our printing process. These inks are very low in VOC—just one more step we take to stay green.

Going green is also about reducing your carbon footprint. We strive to manufacture in the most efficient means possible to reduce emissions. We can also provide our clients with recommendations that will not only lower costs, but reduce waste and, in the long run, keep our planet healthy.
